Remuneration: £50,000-£52,000 + £20,000-£25,000 Commission

Location:

Ferrybridge, Wakefield, Leeds, West Yorkshire, and surrounding areas (UK).

• Field sales role, promoting loading bay safety solutions for warehousing with a focus on cold storage, distribution centres, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and retail.
• Promoting loading bay safety solutions into warehouse facilities (targeting health & safety managers, operations managers and finance managers).
• Typical loading bay solutions valued from £5,000 to £250,000.
• Work with customers including Coca-Cola, Mars, DHL, GXO, etc.
• Operate as part of a national team (four people) tasked with bringing in circa £350,000-£500,000 of new business development.
• New business/hunter role focused on selling directly into end users and owners of warehousing facilities or 3PL companies, discussing safety requirements for loading bays (there are more than 45,000 loading bays for food & beverage alone).

• Proven hunter with a field sales track record in business development.
• Must have sold into warehouse-associated facilities.
• Comfortable selling a premium product/solutions.
• High levels of drive and enthusiasm.
• Ideally sold capital equipment or material handling solutions.
• Prior sector experience within cold storage, distribution centres, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and retail sectors would be ideal.
• Specific safety sector experience is not essential but may be useful.
• Knowledge of loading bays not required.
• Self-starter with coachable mentality.
