Are you an experienced Production Operative looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work 4 days a week (Monday
- Thursday)? Receiving a competitive hourly rate and additional benefits. We're currently hiring Production Operatives for temporary, ongoing roles at Caterpillar's Larne facility.

• Assemble, sub-assemblies, options and other components of generator sets.
• Work from prints and standard work instructions to produce components of generator sets and similar large assemblies.
• Work across various areas of the business, including, but not limited to, machine shop, paintline, nutsert and assembly.
• Compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Compliance with the 5S programme and other business improvement initiatives.
• Display behaviour and conduct fitting with our Values in Action.
• Train other employees if and when required.
• Any other appropriate duties.

• The ability to use hand tools, power tools, and to read and interpret drawings.
• Ability to work reasonable amounts of overtime and various shift patterns.
• Good communication skills, experience working in a team environment.
• Previous electrical/mechanical experience.

• Previous experience working in a lean environment.
• Experience working to takt times.
• Reasonable level of computer literacy where required.

• Day Shift – £14.27/hr.
• Night Shift – £19.03/hr.
• Overtime (First ten hours) – £21.41/hr.
• Overtime (After ten hours) – £28.54/hr.
• 37.5 hours per week (Mon
  - Thurs).

• Day shift – Monday: 07:00 – 17:15, Tuesday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:45.
• Night shift – Monday: 21:00 – 07:15, Tuesday – Thursday: 21:00 – 06:45.
• Shift times may vary depending on work location within the facility.
