Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Manager to join our team in Bayan working with Indian nationals. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in construction management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and project management and the ability to work well under pressure. Please note that this is a non English required position and accommodation will not be provided.

As an Entry Level Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with project teams and subcontractors to coordinate schedules, manage budgets, monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role you should have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as strong problem solving abilities. You must also have a solid understanding of construction methods, safety regulations and quality control standards. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Coordinate project schedules with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
• Develop cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage change orders as needed.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction.
• Keep detailed records of all project activities.

• Indian national with valid visa sponsorship or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Familiarity with construction methods, safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Previous experience in the construction industry preferred.
