Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager in Bayan Kuwait you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will also involve managing a team of construction workers and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed on site.

To excel in this role you should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques as well as excellent leadership skills. You must be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders including clients, architects and engineers. Additionally a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

Salary: $1000 per month tax free.

• Indian nationality preferred
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus
• Full-time availability
• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license
