• Set up machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent technical training is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience operating specific types of machinery or with advanced technical knowledge.
