Merchandiser for Retail Store Egypt

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Bayan Egypt As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for maintaining the visual presentation of our store and ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner

• Create visually appealing displays to showcase our products
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for restocking needs
• Conduct regular store walks to identify any areas for improvement or attention
• Collaborate with the buying team to plan and execute product promotions and sales initiatives
• Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company standards
• Continuously research industry trends and competitors displays to maintain a competitive edge

• Previous experience in merchandising preferably in a retail setting
• Strong knowledge of visual presentation techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
