Progressive Pediatrics is seeking a Part-Time Pediatrician to join our established, physician owned medical practice in North Jersey
.

For over 25 years
, our practice has focused on high-quality pediatric care, long-term relationships with families, and a supportive, collaborative team environment. This role is ideal for a pediatrician seeking flexibility, outpatient-only practice, and a sustainable schedule without hospital responsibilities.

• Part-time position with predictable scheduling.
• Typically 2–3 weekdays per week.
• Rotating Saturday half-day.
• 20–25 patients per day.
• Nurse triage support.
• Minimal night call.
• No hospital rounds or inpatient responsibilities.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain).

• Compensation is structured based on clinical hours worked.
• Part-time compensation is prorated based on scheduled clinical hours, not years of experience.
• Malpractice insurance included.
• CME stipend.
• Paid time off.
