• Lead the Clinical Nutrition Operations program, managing operational, financial, programmatic and human resources activities for assigned areas.
• Oversee budget process, monthly expenses, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain clinical nutrition operational policies and procedures; act as a liaison to interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage the Milk & Formula Lab, controls inventory, and enforces supply‑chain efficiency.
• Direct programmatic accreditation, trainee oversight, stakeholder liaison, and quality‑improvement projects.
• Promote practice advancement, staff performance, and education of the next generation of dietitians.
• Participate in strategic planning, supply‑chain management, and technology initiatives to enhance patient safety.

• Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Nutrition Education.
• Seven (7) years of experience in dietetics and education at a university or academic medical center.
• Prior management experience in a large hospital setting.
• Experience teaching and directing education programs.
• Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certified Dietitian in the State of New Jersey.
• Preferred – Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC).
• Broad knowledge of health‑care management principles in a managed‑care or academic setting.
• Effective organizational, planning, and project‑management skills.
