About the role
A well-established law firm in Bayonne, NJ is seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Attorney with a strong background in transactional deals. The ideal candidate will manage complex transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents.
- Manage and coordinate closings efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Minimum 5 years of residential real‑estate transactional experience.
- Proficiency in handling purchase/sale agreements, leases, due diligence, and closings.
- Environmental law experience is a plus.
Competitive salary range: $155,000–$210,000 plus discretionary bonus. Comprehensive benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, Life and Disability Insurance, and 401(k) plan.
