• Provide strategic insights into pipeline asset development, support business development activities, and oversee transition planning for new products.
• Lead and coach a team of pipeline strategy marketers, ensuring clear development goals and high-impact execution.

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences;
• 15+ years of pharma industry experience, including 10+ years in marketing or commercial strategy, with at least 5 years in team leadership.
• Experience in early commercialization, product launches, and pipeline management;
• deep knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, obesity, liver, or kidney disease markets preferred.
