The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health provides and directs nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. The RN coordinates the total plan of care with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care and helps maintain continuity of care by planning and exchanging information with physicians, agency personnel, patients, families, and community resources, all within a Point of Care setting.

License Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
