The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The RN delegates patient care tasks to other healthcare team members, coordinates care, and collaborates with team members, patients, and families. Maintaining high standards of professional ethics is essential.

The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures. The RN is responsible for delegating patient care tasks and ensuring quality care delivery.

Education:

Associate's Degree; BSN preferred.
Licensure/

Qualifications:

Current New Jersey RN License. BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) required. CNOR certification preferred.

Experience:

At least 2 years of OR experience preferred, with ability to work in laparoscopy, orthopedic, general, and gynecological cases; cross-training in other perioperative areas is available.

Schedule:

Full-time, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. On-call required 1-2 days per week and every 6th weekend.
