• Assist Director in planning and implementing performance improvement initiatives and data collection
• Inform, educate, and involve staff in performance improvement initiatives; monitor supply use, personnel allotment, and equipment use; provide management with pertinent information and recommendations
• Maintain staffing productivity within budget and provide continuity of Nursing leadership when the Director is not on the unit
• Assist with counseling, disciplinary actions, and evaluation of staff
• Review patient charts for completeness and accuracy
• Facilitate Patient Satisfaction by communicating process timelines and expected waits

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current New Jersey State Registered Nurse License
• Bachelor’s degree required or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Telemetry and/or Critical Care, including Charge Nurse experience
• BLS and ACLS preferred
