RN - Emergency Room (Full-time, Night shift) $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will provide professional nursing care to patients across all age groups and acuities, coordinate care planning with interdisciplinary teams, and respond rapidly and accurately to patient needs. You will triage patients skillfully, set priorities based on physical and psychosocial considerations, and manage patient flow.

• Communicate with physicians about changes in patients' status, symptomatology, and diagnostic results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
• Utilize department‑specific equipment and protocols.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency setting.
• Reflect initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision.

• Full‑time, night shift (12‑hour) schedule: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• Associate Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current New Jersey RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and/or ENPC certification within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum of 8 hours of education every two years in basic trauma assessment, intervention, and stabilization.
