We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increase profits, and provide outstanding service. The Shift Leader will take the lead to tackle problems, seek help from others when appropriate, and provide help and mentorship to their team. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify.

Responsibilities include leading a team, mentoring staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, supporting problem solving, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Wendy’s® Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
