Role
Construction Office Admin
Duties- Process weekly payroll.
- Review Accounts Payable and receivable.
- Serve as professional and efficient point of contact for clients and team members.
- Support staff needs for consistent day-to-day operations and office functions.
- Five years’ experience in construction accounting.
- Experience with Office Administration or Administrative Assistance roles.
- Knowledge of Quick Books and Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Hands‑on full‑time position for a growing construction office. Experience with accounting and Quick Books beneficial. Must be able to liaison effectively with both management and clients.
