Summary of Position:
The Campus Director ensures the assimilation process at Faith Family Church is efficient, healthy, and aligned with the church’s mission. This role oversees the connection pathway that helps move people from guests to fully engaged members. Responsibilities include maintaining strong reporting and metrics for Next Steps participation and membership engagement—tracking attendance, groups, serving, and giving. The Campus Director also oversees the health and growth of the Dream Team at the LaPorte Campus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assimilation- Oversee and execute the connection pathway that helps guests take their next steps toward full engagement at Faith Family Church. Ensure every process, from follow-up to Dream Team involvement, is clear, consistent, and effective.
- Implement a connection plan to engage individuals and families who have not completed Next Steps or joined the Dream Team.
- Monitor and measure progress across all phases of the assimilation pathway.
- Maintain a reporting system to track guest follow-up and engagement at an individual level.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure alignment in the guest connection process.
- Collaborate with the data entry team to ensure workflows are entered accurately and maintained consistently.
- Ensure the Next Steps environment reflects the culture and excellence of Faith Family Church while creating a clear path for people to connect and grow in their faith. Provide logistical and relational support that helps guests take their next step with confidence and clarity.
- Oversee the setup and facilitation of teams that create a warm and engaging Next Steps environment.
- Ensure the leadership structure within Next Steps is clear, healthy, and empowering.
- Provide logistical support to ensure all connection-related systems and events run smoothly.
- Oversee the check-in process and maintain accurate, timely data collection for all attendees.
- Review and update policies and procedures to keep them clear, efficient, and effective.
Oversee the systems and structure that support a healthy, connected, and engaged Dream Team. Ensure scheduling, communication, and care processes are consistent, accurate, and aligned with the mission of Faith Family Church.
- Lead and support the A-Team Coach to ensure all Dream Team members are scheduled monthly (prepared and sent by the 3rd Friday of each month), serving consistently, and stepping into their God-given potential.
- Generate weekly Dream Team attendance reports and verify metrics for accuracy and engagement. Complete and submit monthly Serve/Not Serve & Care reports by the 15th of each month, assigning care follow-ups to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain accurate team rosters, group lists, and Planning Center Online (PCO) data.
- Stay current on all Dream Team systems and tools, ensuring data and workflows are consistently maintained. Ensure all Next Steps 4.0 graduates are properly placed on a Dream Team through established workflows.
- All special events and conferences are designed to help people connect to small groups. The CD works alongside the pastoral team, creative team, and small group coordinator in the execution of the following events:
- Revival Nights
- Small Group Kickoffs
- Marriage Night
- Dream Team events/ Leadership Summit
- Mother’s Day
- First Wednesday’s
- Father’s Day
- Surge Student- relevant experience teams for event
- Serve Day- relevant experience teams for event
- Anniversary Sunday
- Sisterhood Women’s Conference
- Vision Partners Event
- At The Movies
- Sunday’s in December
- Toys for Tots
- Christmas Eve Services
Provide organized, efficient administrative leadership that supports the overall health and effectiveness of the LaPorte Campus. Maintain systems, documents, and resources that ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department.
