Field Clerk – Field Administrative Assistant

• Provide daily administrative support to Field Site staff at construction sites such as ordering supplies, answering phones, and creating purchase orders.
• Compile and maintain timekeeping and payroll information, ensuring accuracy of data.
• Facilitate the onboarding process through new hire orientation, IT setup, I‑9 process, and other needed activities to ensure smooth transition of new employees to the site.
• Facilitate employee movement actions in the HRIT system, ensuring timely and accurate entry of data.
• Maintain files and archive records.

• Experience with and proficiency in various IT systems (such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
• Experience working with large sets of data and ensuring their accuracy.
• Experience meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting multiple leaders and managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel 100% of the time.
• Willing and able to move from one job site to another with short notice.

• Experience working in a field operation environment.
• Experience working in HR or payroll capacity.
• Experience working with HRIT systems.
• Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Bilingual:
  English/Spanish.
