known as a leading provider of complex, comprehensive industrial services is seeking a Scheduler for our Mont Belvieu, TX site
. This position requires a self‑motivated individual to assist with the detailed planning and scheduling of maintenance/ construction work, and ensure work is executed in line with safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets, as well as corporate and client expectations.

• Assist in development of Milestone Schedules with the client (MS Projects and P6 Primavera)
• Create Project Schedules with the level of detail requested for project (Level 2‑4).
• Create Project Schedules with turnaround execution level of detail (Level 4+)
• Combine multiple contractor schedules into one project schedule as needed.
• Schedules to include long lead items, prework and outage details.
• Understanding of scheduling logic regarding order of operations, start to finish, finish to start, and ties within scheduling software.
• Facilitate Pull Planning sessions when called out in PEP (Project Execution Plan)
• Integrate multiple engineering information packages and develop detailed executional plans and other deliverables for the field labor, supervision and subcontracts.
• Ensure engineering information files and drawing files are maintained.
• Interpret and resolve workflow discrepancies, interferences, etc. within the schedule.
• Assist with progressing schedule, tracking, and reporting within Bilfinger and providing those updates direct to the customer
• Walkdown projects daily to verify accuracy of updates and assist with progressing schedule.

• The ideal candidate must have a 2‑year associate degree with an emphasis in construction or industrial management or 4 years of equivalent construction management work experience.
• Proficient in P6 Primavera software
• Proficient in MS Projects software
• Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Accurately able to read blueprints & shop drawings
• Understanding of Lean Principles preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills are required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
