Key Highlights:- Lead product strategy

, ensuring alignment with market trends and emerging technologies. - Lead a team of Technical Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Engage with utilities, regulators, and key industry stakeholders to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Act as a technical sales liaison
, supporting the sales team and expanding market share through strategic product positioning.
- Shape the future
of renewable automation and control software in a high-impact, global organization. - Work with a world‑class team
of engineers and industry experts on groundbreaking energy solutions. - Play a key role in transforming the energy landscape
, driving industry change with renewable technologies.
- 15+ years
of experience in Technical Product Management
for T&D Automation & Control software. - Strong background in renewable power plant controls, SCADA, and hybrid energy management systems
. - Experience in cloud platforms, AI/ML
, and edge computing for power systems is highly valued. - Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing product teams
. - Experience with utilities, regulatory bodies, and grid modernization initiatives
. - At least 3 years’ experience
in technical sales
or supporting sales teams is a plus. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An MBA or Master’sin Power Systems, Electrical Engineering
, or related field.
