- Continuously improve safety and operational standards by adhering to Legacy Community Health's protocols and training.
- High-school level education or equivalent;
Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent is pivotal. - At least 2 years of experience in a dynamic ambulatory clinical setting preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage, contingent on service location.
- Demonstrated mastery of electronic health record systems (EHRS) is essential.
- Possess game-changing communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong typing and computer literacy to support data-driven decision-making.
- Adept at managing confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
