Warehouse Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you have experience handling hazardous materials and familiar with warehouse management systems? If you're a go-getter who isn't afraid to jump in, operate equipment and lead by example--we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety
• Lead, train, and motivate associates to meet performance goals
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.) as needed
• Ensure compliance with hazmat handling regulations and safety standards
• Utilize warehouse management system and other computer systems for order processing, inventory control and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement and see opportunities for growth

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience (3PL preferred)
• Hands-on approach-willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
• Hazmat knowledge/experience (certification a plus)
• Strong computer skills (WMS, inventory systems, Microsoft Office)
• Equipment operation experience (forklift, reach trucks, etc.)
• A problem-solver with a growth mindset and leadership potential
• Professional communication skills; verbal and written
• Team player with Servant Leader characteristics
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and adjust body to bend, push, pull, stretch, stand, stoop, squat and grab, walking and sitting for extended periods
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays if needed
