Were seeking a skilled Manual Lathe Machinist to support precision machining operations in a heavy industrial setting. This role focuses on shaping and finishing metal components especially pipe ends and fittings using manual lathe equipment.

• Set Up & Operate Manual Lathes: Machine pipe ends and metal parts to exact specifications using manual lathe tools.
• Read Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints and mechanical schematics to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Precision Machining: Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure parts meet required standards.
• Pipe Beveling & Threading: Perform beveling and threading operations on large-diameter pipe sections for field installation.
• Tool Maintenance: Maintain lathe equipment and ensure tools are sharp, calibrated, and safe to use.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished components for defects and document measurements and production data.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with welders, fitters, and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve machining issues.

• Experience operating manual lathes in an industrial or fabrication environment
• Strong understanding of machining techniques and metal properties
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
• Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and long shifts
• Shift 7 am
  -7 pm Monday-Sat Rotating shifts
