SI Group is seeking a Plant Manager for Baytown Operations to lead safe, compliant execution of the production plan and capital projects in a chemical manufacturing facility. You will own Manufacturing and Engineering & Maintenance processes, drive lean initiatives, improve OEE and energy use, and ensure assets are maintained within budget while meeting SIOP targets.
The role reports to the VP of Manufacturing and requires ten years of relevant experience and five years of leadership.
