Texas Oncology is seeking a full‑time Oncology Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team supporting the Baytown and Pasadena, Texas locations.

Position Responsibilities- Ensure clinical operations and practice consistent with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with practice management to support operational projects such as site quality committees, quality oncology practice initiative assessments, and special projects.
- Facilitate implementation of outcomes data and evidence‑based practices.
- Implement standardized best practices within the organization.
- Ensure practice standards of care are consistent with community standards.
- Incorporate clinical evidence into existing and newly developed standards.
- Assess staffing levels, patient flow, and current clinical practices. Assist with development of company‑wide clinical competency testing and skills validation programs.
- Coordinate employee staffing, including vacations, sick leave, overtime, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN or MSN preferred).
- RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of five (5) years actively practicing as a registered nurse, including at least three (3) years oncology experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience.
- Oncology certification preferred.
Office or clinic environment. Possible exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, and medical preparations typical of an oncology/hematology clinic.
Physical RequirementsFull range of body motion; ability to lift and transfer patients; manual and finger dexterity; eye‑hand coordination; standing and walking for extensive periods; occasional lifting of up to 40 lb; corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
