Overview

Karya Property Management (KPM) is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Community Manager for our distinguished property. As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing our residents' experience while ensuring the smooth operation of the property.

About the Role

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including staff supervision, resident relations, and marketing efforts. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Manage resident relations and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current ones.
  • Oversee leasing efforts, including showing units and processing applications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor property budgets and financial performance, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Organize community events to foster resident engagement and a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to address work orders and property repairs in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively handle resident complaints and resolve issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
  • CAM or CAPS certification is advantageous but not required.

Salary range will depend on property budget, size, and candidate experience with PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, & Basic Life Insurance. You will also earn bonus off of performance.
