P2:3 Management is a fun, family-focused company that operates Pirates Bay in Baytown, TX. We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our guests and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment for our staff.
We are currently seeking an outgoing, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Manager. This position will play a key role in overseeing food and beverage operations not only at Pirates Bay but also in supporting other locations managed by P2:3 Management within our Food and Beverage department.
Applicants must be willing to work long hours during the Waterpark Season—including nights, weekends, and holidays (e.g., Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day).
Position OverviewAs the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily food and beverage operations across designated locations. Your responsibilities will include managing food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, training staff, and driving excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for the food service industry, and a desire to contribute to a fun and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
- Support and assist with food and beverage operations at additional P2:3 Management locations as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage protocols
- Manage inventory and coordinate supply orders
- Train, lead, and mentor food and beverage staff
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Coordinate with other departments for events and special functions
- Implement cost control strategies to maximize profitability
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into operations

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in food preparation and culinary techniques
