Seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience. Responsible for daily store operations, leading and developing staff, maximizing financial goals, managing customer relations, and ensuring asset protection. Offers a competitive wage plus performance bonuses.

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train and develop staff according to company standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, cash management, and asset protection.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting processes.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and policies.
• Monitor loan quality and store performance.
• Communicate effectively with staff and stay informed on product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Proven supervisory skills and ability to work with firearms (certification required).
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with 45+ hours/week.
• Computer literacy and cash handling experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and independent working skills.
