Merchandising Sales Associate

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, physical inventories, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements, inventory counts, and cycle counts.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Ensure planogram integrity and visual merchandise standards.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; hard surfaces and adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is essential.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle merchandise weighing up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the store.
• Effective communication skills and ability to complete training.
