• Recover all store areas daily to ensure they are clean and well‑stocked.
• Perform total store recovery, refills, culling, and replenishing of product across multiple departments.
• Reset returns area by putting returned or unsold product onto shelves.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving heavy, bulky products.
• Check shipments for out‑of‑date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality.
• Report all out‑of‑date and damaged product issues to the Manager.
• Refill merchandise as needed; maintain inventory level.
• Collect carts from the parking lot.
• Organize, clean, empty bins and prepare sales floor.
• Eliminate cardboard and trash on shelves and merchandising fixtures.
• Keep the sales‑floor area clean and safe.
• Adhere to all SOPs for safety and sanitation.
• Minimize shrink by careful handling of product.
• Achieve productivity standards.
• Comply with all federal, state, and company regulations for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation.

• Maintain a clean and safe store environment for customers.
• Provide customer service by answering product‑related questions and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Scan customer items and complete transactions quickly and courteously as needed.

• Minimum age 18.
• Completion of required job‑skills and compliance‑related training.
• Experience as a JVSS scanner or equivalent.
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Customer‑service skills.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to use material‑handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks.
• Ability to maintain high productivity standards.

• Function in a fast‑paced, detailed retail environment.
• Frequently hold items at waist, shoulder, knee, or floor; occasionally reach overhead or behind.
• Frequently stand, walk, push/pull, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, twist, use fine motor movements.
• Occasionally be exposed to cold, wet, and loud environments.
• Safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts.
• Lift up to 55 lb routinely and manage >85 lb in special situations; never lift beyond personal safe limit.
