Join H‑E‑B as an overnight stocker at our Garth Road/Rolling brook location. You’ll help keep stores stocked, clean, and ready for customers each morning.

• Load, unload, and move heavy, bulky products to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Stock and rotate items on store shelves in grocery, frozen, drugstore, general merchandise, and other merchandising fixtures.
• Build, stock, sign, maintain, and take down store displays as directed.
• Check shipments for out‑of‑date or damaged product, report issues to the Center Store Manager, and replace missing signs or tags.
• Organize, clean, and prepare prep areas, wareroom, and sales floor for incoming trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe sales floor by removing cardboard, trash, and broken products; keep shelves tidy and sanitized.
• Follow all SOPs for safety and sanitation, minimize shrink, and comply with federal, state, and company product freshness and food‑safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the store is stocked, clean, and ready for business.

• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in stock‑taking or retail preferred.
• Completion of required job‑skills and compliance training.
• Knowledge of product rotation, store sanitation, and shrink awareness.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow a shift schedule.
• Capability to lift up to 85 lbs and use material‑handling equipment safely.
• Dependability, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

• Shift: Overnight (e.g., 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.).
• Work includes standing, walking, reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting; must be able to safely lift 50 lbs and manage heavier loads where necessary.
• Occasional exposure to cold, wet conditions and ambient temperatures.
