In this role, you'll spend your day stocking and rotating products, monitoring temperature control and expiration dates, maintaining sanitized display areas, and supporting a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while delivering a great member experience.

• Stock, rotate, and zone products in freezer, cooler, and deli areas following Cold Chain procedures
• Monitor temperature control, expiration dates, and product quality; dispose of lower-quality items
• Handle claims and returns; sign and price merchandise; complete required audits, logs, and paperwork
• Secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise and maintain clean, sanitized, member‑ready displays
• Clean freezer, cooler, and deli areas (windows, mirrors, display cases) and monitor fans, drains, and doors
• Assist members with deli orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines
• Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment safely; report unsafe conditions and equipment issues to management
