Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growing Liberty Tire Recycling’s crumb rubber sales across the south-central region of the US. This role focuses heavily on new business development while also managing and expanding an existing book of businesses. The ideal candidate is a competitive, self-motivated salesperson with a strong track record in industrial or commodity product sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Develop and expand customer relationships across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and sports surfacing
  • Manage and grow existing business
  • Track all sales activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with customers
  • Achieve monthly and annual volume targets aligned to incentive compensation
  • Collaborate with internal teams on logistics and product delivery

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong B2B sales skills with proven success in industrial or commodity sales
  • Self-starter with excellent hunting, prospecting, and closing capabilities
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on new business development
  • Background in tire, rubber, or recycling industries is a plus, but not required
  • Technical aptitude to learn product applications and customer solutions

Compensation:

  • $150,000 annually, paid bi-weekly.
