• Diagnose all types of equipment to ensure proper working condition.
• Perform routine equipment clean‑up, upkeep, safety reviews and pre‑delivery inspections.
• Inspect,精准 diagnose, repair, recondition and adjust heavy equipment as required and complete all paperwork on the assigned equipment.
• Participate in all training programs directed by the Manager.
• Alert the Manager to any shop tools, equipment or vehicle that is not serviceable or unsafe to use.
• Maintain tools in good working order per MSHA and OSHA regulations.
• Complete basic computer tasks including work orders, parts lookup and email communication.
• Communicate with coworkers to ensure top‑quality equipment availability and exceed customer expectations.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Manage all on‑site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems.
• Follow all company procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with the technical team and share իրենց information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings.
• Help train and assist other technicians in need of assistance.

• Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Own personal tools.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  
  Work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

• Drive to various vendors to acquire parts for assigned repairs.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors. Must be physically able to work in extreme conditions.
