The Sports Coordinator enhances the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches; deliver instructional content; observe, assess, and assist coaches; and participate hands-on with practices and games for all age groups and skill levels.

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule Saturday only (for the full duration of the season, 7 weeks).
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
