Class B Bulk Delivery Driver at American Welding & Gas

Immediate opportunity in Baytown, TX. This position requires a Class B CDL with Haz Mat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements.

• Responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering CO2 and cryogenic liquids in transport tankers and/or cryogenic vessels
• Read, understand, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Ensure compliance with CGMP, Hazmat, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory agencies
• Ensure appropriate preparation, completion, and accuracy of paperwork
• Ensure vehicles are appropriately placarded and/or labeled
• Perform pre-inspection of vehicle and report any problems to manager
• Maintain electronic trip-logs
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
• Overnight trips may be required
• Other duties as assigned

• CDL Class B license with Haz Mat, Tanker, and Air Brakes
• Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug-screen and physical, and company administered road test
• Delivery experience a plus
• High school diploma/GED
• Clean driving record 3+ years
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable using computers
