The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role serves as a liaison between warehouse staff and management, coordinating tasks such as receiving, shipping, and putting away materials and products. The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in maintaining high levels of productivity and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a 100% on‑site position.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion.
• Key liaison between warehouse and the shipping office.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfilment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist in inventory control and cycle counts.
• Report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to warehouse management.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Support automation tools like barcode scanners, RFID, and conveyors.
• Ensure data accuracy (e.g., stock movements, bin locations).
• Work with other warehouse team members to effectively complete assigned tasks.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with overall management of facility.
• Assist leadership with staffing, coordinating temp workers, and liaising with partner organizations.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience 2-4 years.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP & Excel.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Able to work independently.
• Teamwork, dependable, and reliable.
• Available to work occasional weekends.
