We are seeking local hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/loaders to join our team in Baytown, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload/load frozen meat from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse onto pallets. This is not a travel team opportunity, so applicants must live locally. We offer daily pay which allows you to draw money daily from your paycheck.

• Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as
  -20°F (Freezer gear provided)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Grocery experience is a plus

• Load/Unload frozen meat onto pallets
• Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery
• May need to operate warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks, to move products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Responsibilities may change at any time

• Shift: Wednesday through Saturday 4:00 am–2:30 pm (4–10 hour shifts)
• Pay:
  Performance-based pay, average associate earning $22 /hour, but never less than $18 /hour. Daily texts from Humano provide earnings tracking for transparency.
