Responsibilities
- Check OTR and port drivers in and out of the warehouse.
- Verify driver credentials, load information, seals, and temperature data.
- Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and trailers.
- Communicate with drivers, on-site operations, and mule drivers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Warehouse or distribution experience with commercial drivers preferred.
- Accurate data entry skills using Excel and other systems.
- Strong attention to detail when documenting seals and temperatures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and security protocols.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, with light movement throughout the workday.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Shift: 2:30PM - 11:00PM
Pay: $18/hour
