• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues and answer questions.
• Share customer service best practices with team members.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items for sale, trade‑ups, and companion items.
• Process purchases, cash, and returns as needed.
• Maintain clean counters, shelves, and merchandise; take inventory and maintain records.
• Implement asset‑protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws for regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional and seasonal shelves.
• Assist with food item separation and proper product placement.
• Use store systems and equipment, including photo services.
• Assist with web‑pick‑up responsibilities.
• Support exterior and interior maintenance to keep the store neat.
• Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or corporate.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (unless in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• At least six months experience in a retail environment.
• Prior experience with Walgreens.
• Fluency in English (unless in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
