Senior Accountant (Accounting + Tax + Advisory)

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)

We’re a growing accounting and advisory firm working with small business owners who want clarity, confidence, and forward‑looking guidance—not just compliance.

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who brings strong accounting and tax experience and is ready to step into a more client‑facing, advisory‑oriented role.

• Own monthly accounting and financials for a portfolio of small business clients
• Assist team with personal and business tax returns and tax planning
• Support fractional CFO work including cash flow analysis, budgeting, and financial insights
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for some small business clients
• Explain financials in plain English and help clients understand what to do next
• Help improve processes and support junior team members

• 2–6+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience with both accounting and tax
• Strong understanding of small business financials
• Comfortable working directly with clients and owning relationships
• Experience with Quickbooks Online
• Based in or near Cleveland and able to commute for hybrid work

• Blend of accounting, tax, and fractional CFO exposure
• Client‑facing role with real ownership—not just back‑office work
