We’re seeking an Office Manager to support executives, managers, and employees across multiple locations. This role is all about keeping operations smooth, facilities running efficiently, and the employee experience at its best. You’ll be the go-to person for office operations, vendor management, events, and employee support—all while working closely with HR and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Office & Facilities Operations:
Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor contracts (cleaning, maintenance, equipment). - Employee Support:
Be the first point of contact for office needs. Partner with HR and IT to onboard new hires (workspace, equipment, badges). - Events & Meetings:
Organize team events, client visits, and internal meetings. Manage conference room scheduling and setup. - Budget & Expenses:
Track office budgets, vendor invoices, and support finance with reporting. - Health & Safety:
Ensure workplace compliance with safety, security, and HR policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of office administration or operations experience, executive support preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
- Experience managing vendors, facilities, and office budgets.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, PE-backed growth environment.

Location and Compensation
:
On-site in the Beachwood area, $100K-$120K
