Customer Service Supervisor

Customer Service Representative manages customer queries and complaints. Employees will also be asked to elevate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role employees will need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Mailroom duties performed to process and distribute incoming mail.

• Customer interaction:
  Answer customer questions about loans, guide them through applications, approvals, payments, and account status.
• Issue resolution:
  Handle complaints and resolve issues related to mortgage payments, escrow, or other account‑specific concerns.
• Record keeping:
  Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

High school diploma, general education degree equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven customer support experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.
• Bi‑lingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
