Role Summary

You will lead the supplier audit and risk program for Packaging commodity, ensuring resilient, compliant, and high-quality supply. This role blends on‑ground audits, analytical risk management, cross‑functional collaboration, and supplier capacity to deliver measurable improvements in quality, compliance, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Strategy & Delivery
  • Risk Assessment – Build and maintain supplier risk registers.
  • Material, Process & Packaging commodity validation – Preferably commodities like Cloth, Liners, Paper, Fiber
  • Supplier Performance – Deploy scorecards (OTD, DPPM, NCRs, audit scores, response times, certification status), drive maturity.
  • Compliance & Governance to specific norms (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF etc.)
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ production/ packaging/ industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • 8–10 years in supplier auditing, supplier quality, supplier assessment within packaging commodity (Cloth, Liners, Paper, Fiber).
  • Demonstrated experience in auditing suppliers leading to measurable outcomes.
Core Skills & Competencies
  • Supplier Operational Assessments – Perform onsite assessments for Quality, Supply Chain & Capacity.
  • Apply value‑stream mapping, create material and process flows, document pain points and gaps.
  • Sound knowledge of risk modeling (FMEA / SRM), SPC, Pareto/5‑Why/8D, dashboarding, trend analysis.
  • Supplier communication, negotiation, crisp documentation, stakeholder management, decision‑making under ambiguity.
