We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help residents improve their physical function, mobility, and independence in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves supporting therapy goals and educating residents on exercises and activities to maintain progress after discharge.
ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with physical therapy treatments and exercises. Help residents improve mobility, strength, and daily functioning. Support treatment plans and therapy goals. Educate residents on home exercises and activity modifications. Document services using electronic health record systems.
QualificationsAssociate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited institution. Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
Schedule & PayEmployment:
Full-time Shift: Day shift. Pay: $28 $ 34 per hour.
