We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates to serve as a Front Desk Clerk at this exciting extended‑stay hotel in Beachwood. We offer competitive compensation, a supportive work environment, and numerous opportunities for professional development.

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Post charges (room, food, telephone), compute bill, collect payment, and make change.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Monitor room availability and block rooms.
• Program wake‑up calls.
• Handle guest mail and messages.
• Perform check‑out services.
• Open and close shifts, making cash drops as necessary.
• Maintain market stock and coffee area as needed.
• Provide guests with information regarding hotel services and local area.
• Ensure cleanliness of front office, lobby, and surrounding areas.
• Assist in checking all fixtures, equipment, and conditions for proper operation.
• Report deficiencies.

• 1 to 3 months related experience; high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license from the state with no major violations.
