Senior Kinaxis Specialist – Supply Chain Planning
Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Senior Kinaxis Specialist – Supply Chain Planning.
Preferred locations: Beachwood, OH;
Galesburg, MI;
Raleigh, NC;
Moon Township, PA;
Houston, TX; or Menomonee Falls, WI. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of any Eaton location in the United States.
Salary: $123,750 – $181,500 per year (general guideline; final offer based on qualification).
Job SummaryDesign, model, configure, and implement functional software and process solutions for Kinaxis/Rapid Response to meet business requirements. Analyze processes and recommend improvements, support implementations, train and guide teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- In-depth technical and functional knowledge of supply chain planning, execution, and Kinaxis/Rapid Response; demonstrate global leadership.
- Support the Product Owner in decomposing epics into features and user stories.
- Support epics, features, technical enablers, and user story estimation.
- Ensure readiness of user stories according to DoR criteria.
- Provide Level 3 product support as needed.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
- Manage requirement scope, compliance, gap analysis, integration testing, and user acceptance.
- Partner with global decision-makers and business process owners on system requirements and processes.
- Own set‑up and governance of consolidated worldwide target processes.
- Deliver functional specifications and configurations aligned with approved design.
- Develop and implement organizational change management plans.
- Apply governance processes to change control, SDLC, and regression testing.
- Provide end‑to‑end process support and understand system touchpoints.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders and translate complex system issues into business language.
- Drive innovation and continual improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum seven (7) years in ERP (Supply Chain Modules), MFGPro, SAP ECC, SAP S/4, Oracle R12.x, or Mapics.
- Minimum three (3) years Kinaxis experience with hands‑on integration/admin exposure.
- No relocation available; must reside within 50 miles of an Eaton location in the US.
- All applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States immediately.
- Knowledge of Kinaxis/Rapid Response or Kinaxis Author Level II / Analytics Level II certification.
- Strong knowledge of supply‑chain planning and execution across full‑life‑cycle projects.
- Understanding of lean‑agile principles and practices.
- Customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate across IT and business teams.
