About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and support large scale multi year initiatives across a global organization. This role will focus on delivering projects within infrastructure and operations with a mix of strategic planning and hands on execution. You will collaborate closely with managers to assist with work management and ensure that projects move forward smoothly and on schedule.

You will oversee a wide variety of initiatives from global meeting room refreshes and voice rollouts to cloud migrations and disaster recovery planning. This is an opportunity to work with advanced Microsoft technologies while helping to improve operational efficiency security and employee experience across the enterprise.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage multi year infrastructure and operations projects including global and regional initiatives
• Lead projects involving Microsoft technologies including Azure cloud environments and hybrid data center solutions
• Oversee the execution of global meeting room refreshes including networking and provisioning
• Manage voice rollout projects and virtual machine deployments
• Coordinate the colocation initiative and contribute to long term disaster recovery planning
• Support digital experience projects such as WAN connectivity improvements to enhance employee experience
• Drive security enhancements including Apache cycle security improvements and Azure Active Directory upgrades
• Oversee SharePoint guest access projects ensuring compliance and secure collaboration
• Work closely with facility IT and network teams to ensure smooth execution of infrastructure changes
• Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to align priorities and resources for success

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong background in managing infrastructure and operations projects at a global scale
• Proven experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure cloud and hybrid data center environments
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with long timelines ranging from one to three years
• Knowledge of networking voice systems security and cloud based collaboration platforms
• Experience in disaster recovery planning and execution preferred
• Skilled in project planning work management and cross team coordination
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non technical stakeholders
