Job Description:
Eaton is seeking a Lead Systems & Process Analyst to support its Accounts Payable (AP) team with vendor master data management, invoice processing, payment support, and supplier record cleanup. The candidate will use Oracle, SAP, SQL, and Excel to analyze large datasets, resolve discrepancies, verify supplier banking details, and prevent payment failures. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills who can work independently and support process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Oracle ERP experience; SAP experience is also important.
- Accounts Payable, vendor master data, or supplier payment support experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL execution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred: Transformation project experience, IT systems knowledge, and familiarity with ISO 20022 payment standards.
