• Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members to perform at a high level
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings and motivate the team
• Help build and retain a strong, capable team
• Run shifts while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and service standards
• Promote continuous learning and internal development

• Support execution of store goals and business plans
• Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Achieve top scores on secret shops, safety audits, and guest feedback
• Ensure consistency and compliance with company systems, processes, and standards
• Collaborate with fellow leaders to improve performance

• 18 years or older
• Flexible full‑time availability, including weekends
• A hands‑on leader with strong people and communication skills
• Positive, high‑energy mindset and strong work ethic
